The Cleaning Authority

This specific cleaning authority at 19401 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ has numerous issues surrounding the management and workplace environment. For example, The quality inspector Winter, and the manager Dulce would often hold meetings, accusing us employees of starting rumors of their close friends,( which were also employees )of stealing tips. I later found this to be true but it was never resolved. Another instance is where a former employee was hired, and as numerous complaints were coming in about her for doing drugs on the job and inappropriate language usage. They still kept her because we were short staff, never mind the risk and safety hazard. She was even able to stay the night with her boyfriend at the office and was given a key because she was homeless at the time, this was all permitted by management. Employees drove company vehicles without a drivers license. Also permitted by management. Often marijuana is used on the premises of work by minors and adults, also known and permitted by management. Racism and discrimination from customers would go unpunished. Lastly, many employees (including me) noticed their checks being cut short or money coming up missing. If someone can, please do something about management here I really urge you to do something as soon as possible. A lot of times the other employees don’t speak up because when they do, it gets nowhere or they get fired but since I no longer work there. These “managers” are very manipulative and dishonest people, please look into this.
