I Got a bill on 7/23/21 Saying That on your last bill the security Deposit on your account was released and applied to your balance as a credit in error. This has been reversed and debited back to your account. Replaying the deposit. The prior balance is due and your security deposit is back in place we apologize for this inconvenience and please know that you will not incur a late payment charge on your next billing statement as a result of his error. And then they charge me a $30 installment plan fee When I had credit of $151.21 then 10/21/21 On that bill it says the same thing that they also made this error again. And charged me another $30 installment plan fee While still having credit on my account. And then again they charged me $30 for an installment plan fee on 11/22/21 so I called them so they could give me my $90 back that they stole from my credit on my account and I was on the line for an hour and 45 minutes finally transferred to a supervisor and she hung up on me before I even got a chance to speak acting like she couldn't hear me. Unbelievable how they're trying to steal peoples money like this they need to give me my money back or I will be taking him to court and I will be writing a letter to secretary of state and I will be contacting the news because I am disabled and the $500 credit that was on my account was put on there by a Government agency that Helps low income families, So how dare they steal that money And then refuse to return it.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the money they stole from my account credit.
