dates of misuse of my card. my granddaughter has been charging to my credit without my permission. Most recent: October & November (multiple dates) Her name is Tiffany Lee Dodge 8724 W. John Cabot Rd. Peoria AZ 85382. I am Barbara Dodge 13373 N Plaza del Rio Blvd. apt. 7740 Peoria AZ 85381 she has been using my Chase Card to make purchases, last one first one is 10/07/2015 last one was 11/28/15 Please do not let her charge anything else to me. charges to Torrid of Glendale, Puppies N Love, Piercing Pagoda and others.
