Kmart - survey chance to win 50k / $2500. no web site to enter chance to win

I shopped at kmart today my receipt says enter for a chance to win 50k enter my receipt number also it says tell us about your visitand i could win $2500.00. well there is no web site to enter so i guess my experience with k-mart is that they can't be trusted and maybe this is just a way to keep consumers coming back to their store. There are laws against fraudulent sweepstakes and such. I feel they owe me and all a chance to win 50k or $2500.00 gift card as promised although now can they be trusted to follow thru honestly.
