Great Clips

I went online to schedule my appt this morning.

A customer sitting next to me in wait area downloaded the site and scheduled that way.

Neither of us were satisfied with that type of scheduling, for we sat way past the scheduled time.

My phone actually showed minutes added to my appt... ugh

To say the least, Great Clips needs to get:

Better scheduling ways

Stylists today took our complaints personally.

I kept saying I understood it was Great Clip's web and online issues.

There were over 7 walking turned away and told they need to schedule online.
