Hello my name is Tracey Caron. I've been a member of the EōS club in Mesa Arizona for a few years now. Due to Covid and underlying health conditions I was unable to attend the gym for the past year. I tried canceling my membership in 2020 and was convinced by Eos staff to place a hold. I finally decided to cancel my membership at the end of January due to my health conditions and not being able to return to the gym. However, in hindsight it appears eos was trying to extend my membership, knowing that I would be charged for the yearly fee. This is manipulative behavior by eos and appears to be a way of profiting from the pandemic. I was charged by EOS for $ 54.99 which is the yearly fee. However, I should not be held responsible for this fee, since I have not attended in over a year and I will not be attending the club in the future. I loved my time at EOS and due to unfortunate events it has come to an end. Please resolve this immediately and refund the account on file that you pulled the money from.
