EOS Fitness - Gym Membership/Personal Trainer

Around May the 20th 2022 me and my boyfriend got our first gym memberships together at the Eos fitness since it was just down the road and we could walk to it. If I'm being honest, the pushy way the guy was being that signed us up should have been a red flag but us being new comers to a gym we were gullible to their practices and hard selling. We were just eager to start losing weight, and they "seemed" like they had our best interest in mind when we made it clear that we were on a budget. After looking through all the membership levels with the guy sighing us up, we both agreed that getting my boyfriend the black card and having me as a guest was the most logical and cost officiant since I wouldn't be wanting to go to the gym alone and we weren't going to be doing any extra classes or stuff they had on the side anyways. We agreed on this, and told the guy that's what we wanted to do and he kept insisting that we should get two separate grey memberships was it? Because technically it would be same price but we both get full memberships and if my boyfriend gets sick I can come in alone is stuff he said for example. (Which I wouldn't have gone in alone anyways so really we should have been more assertive with our decision, our bad.) We also saw the start up fee that would have been for both grey memberships, and we straight up told the guy that's a lot for us to pay and so that's also why we didn't wanna go for it, to which he hard selled us a plan that basically got us now royally screwed. The guy said and I quote "I'm not supposed to tell you this, but-" then goes on about how if I sighn up for their personal trainer we could call his personal number to freeze the training for 6 months and that will end the contact after the first payment of 88 dollars goes through and then we wouldn't have to pay the 300 whatever for the start up fee. I asked many times just to make it clear, "Only 88 dollars once, right? Nothing after that and it's done?". To which he confirmed was correct. So by the end of the deal we were left with paying 20 bucks a month for the both of us to go to the gym every month. Not bad right? Too bad they completely forgot to mention the $100 annual cost that we apparently already sighned for in the contract and the little fact that right afterwards they updated their policy about the trainer so that now we're left with having to pay the full 6 months of training which I'll add again is 88 dollars every two weeks because technically I did sighn for it with my soul apparently and now we can't even cancel it unless I've joined the military, moved, or dead. Now we're going to have to go through some sort of loop hole to try and combat this or straight up get a new credit card because that is misrepresentation, and misinformation wether we sighned our signatures or not.

Desired outcome: Eos fitness cancels the trainer without adding any extra fees or making us pay for the full six months.

EOS Fitness - Not fully understanding personal training cost / want to cancel

I signed up for personal training not realizing that a big $2500 was then taken from my bank. It wasn't brought to my attention of the full amount that was to be paid in full that day I signed up for that. I haven't even been to not even one training class and didn't comprehend that I was singing up for. I've been trying to reach the personal trainer manager to let me please cancel since I haven't even gone further with the personal trainer only to learn that it's not month to month pay! I just want to please cancel the personal training. I didn't know I would put my financial ends in this mess! the club id#08673
they have been avoiding my calls all day saying I can't cancel. I haven't proceeded furthering even going for personal training. They don't have a great way of explaining the membership I feel like I was Conned with the fact they are avoiding my calls

Desired outcome: refund of cancellation
