This is the 2nd time I've filled out this complaint form, it is not allowing me to submit. I visited Dennys at 5975 W Baseline in Laveen Arizona and I patiently waited to be seated, the waitress told me to follow her than an older man told her to seat (and pointed to a guy that walked in AFTER me) where I was going. She did and told me to wait until she can find another table. She came back and said there was a table but she had to clean it first, I asked her why the guy behind me gotten my table and she pointed at the older gentlemen and said "well he told me too) I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and she again pointed at him. I asked him why he seated the guy in my seat even though he walked in AFTER me and he just said"ok ok ok I'm sorry ok, here you can seat over there" this is unacceptable! I lost my appetite by then and ordered something small just to get out of there.
Desired outcome: At this pint some form of discount or gift card would be nice since I was pushed aside, ignored and given a very insincere "I'm sorry" and wasn't given the opportunity to resolve at the location 5975 W Baseline
