I made an appointment for my annual free wellness visit for 3/25/20 with doctor holubowitch and he charged me for the visit and now tells me that they cannot resubmit the bill. I spoke with laquisha at medicare who told me that they can by all means resubmit the bill. I spoke with elisa at dr holubowitch office again and she said that they won't change it or resubmit the bill to medicare. The doctors group is called carondelet medical group or tucson physician group holdings at [protected] or elisa at [protected]. I should not have to pay this bill as it is an error of the doctors billing and fully covered by medicare...
