American Automobile Association [AAA]

Hello,
We have been AAA members for +20 years and rarely used your services so AAA has cleared about $6, 000. Today at your AAA office in Goodyear (14175 W Indian School Rd, Ste A-8, Goodyear, AZ 85395) I asked your notary to witness a document. She she they do not " do that". So I was forced to go to another notary, who said there was, of course, no such legal, moral or ethical prohibition for a notary signing the document I requested your notary to sign. She was at the front desk at around 10a small, dark and Asian; she did not introduce herself, no badge so no name, no friendliness. I have been a DM for Kodak and Starbucks many years and this woman should not be assisting customers. She was rude, patronizing and completely incorrect in her knowledge of notary services. Because of your team member my documents were a) late b) I had to pay for twice for what should be a free AAA service. She has greatly diminished the value of AAA to us and we will certainly think twice about paying $300 for such disgraceful service when you bill arrives in April.
