Pharmacist Dana,Bullhead City store, who was curt during a telephone call I placed to ask a question that could not be answered on line, actually said to me - after she cut me off mid sentence - that she " had people at the register and she would rather help them"

I WILL be taking my business elsewhere where my business is a little more appreciated.

I feel this employee should be counselled on appropriate customer care and notated in her personnel file. This should not be how your business is represented.

I have been a loyal Safeway Pharmacy customer for over 20 years (state of WA), I have NEVER been treated so rudely. I hung the phone up. She then lied to my husband about the information she told me over the phone when he went in person to check on the prescription. Shameful.

This incident occured the day I originally submitted this concern.

As a side note, no one in this store could tell me a person in charge's name for the pharmacy...including a 'supervisor'
