Responded to e-mail one day only ad on January 1, 2019. Buy 4 Michelin Tires and get 25% back after installation .

Ad says: 1/1/19 & Online Only. Buy 4 Michelin Tires, get 25% back (for pretax price of 4 tires) when you pay with your Costco anywhere Visa Card by Citi. No submission necessay. Via Costco Cash Card, mailed 4-6 weeks after tire installation.

Tires were installed on January 9, 2019. Amount charged to our Costco Citi Card is $888.63. Today is February 26, 2019 and have not received the 25% Costco cash card promised. After placing numerous calls, we have not received satisfactory answers. On todays call, Stacy from Costco Citi Card told us that the card is in the mail, and we should receive it no later than March 11. She also said the amount on the Costco cash card is $138.00. In our estimation that is not 25%.
Are we being scammed!?

I have never experienced such incredible rudeness of customer service at a Costco and I am from Stockton CA then I have in Avondale Arizona. The 2 ladies at the register would not let my sister use my membership to pay for her items- which is weird since the money is going to Costco anyway- her manners were poor. Secondly, the other lady at the register was being very rude to another customer because she had to renew her membership and started yelling soup (manager)for the key. Cashier #81 Laura D. Really rude
