I went to my appointment 30 min early my appointment was at 11:30 and the gate was closed and no one around. I went to customer service and they said someone took the keys home and someone went to go get their phone to try and call the manager. he stated she should be back anytime. I wasn't to worried because I was 30 min early so at 11:45 still not open. 12:00 still not open. at 12:45 I left because I had a wedding at 3 that's why I was trying to get a hair cut and waxed eyebrows. I am so mad because I couldn't get into anyone else because everyone was booked with 20 miles. so I am going to wedding with no hair cut and no wax. I know wait until last min to get it done because I work 12 hrs 6 days a week. I am so upset right now. I didn't receive a call or a email anything. I think you all own me a free cut and wax this is unacceptable. it shouldn't take almost 2 hrs to go get a phone to call manager or whoever! my name is Georgina Nelson my phone number is [protected] and Email is [protected]@gmail.com the store was Walmart at pleasant Grove Rogers arkansas. the date is 07/30/2023 my appointment was at 11:30 with Austin.
Desired outcome: I would like a free service of what I had scheduled and had to go to my other appointment uncut and styled and waxed
