I called them for an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. That's all I wanted done. I went in and they gave me all kinds of xrays etc then tells me I need $3000 worth of work done. I decided I didn't want their services. Altho I have dental insurance, they still managed to send me a bill for $206. I don't know what that is for, since I have ins. And trying to download a statement is a joke. It won't load up.
Desired outcome: I am disputing the $206. They were paid by my insurance and don't need any more money for something I didn't request to be done.
