Dollar Tree

I was shopping on 1/24/20 in dollar tree on airport road in hot springs, Arkansas.
After I made my selections, including 3 birthday balloons, I was informed by the cashier that her manager gave her strict orders not to use the helium tank for anything but Valentine balloons. There was not a sign anywhere stating this policy. Also, The birthday balloons are by the helium tank for purchase.I went ahead and purchased my other 17 items because I had took a lot of time picking it all out. However, you can bet I will not be shopping here.
