My name is Michael Floyd, me and my family walked into journeys kids (fort Smith) to purchase Ugg boots for my daughter so as we walk in the workers literally just walked to the back and even one just starred but didn't ask if we needed anything or any help at all. I even discussed it with my wife in the store as it was happening. Another family walks in with their family as well maybe 2 minutes after and they were greeted with full customer service, but we was greeted at all. They didn't even say anything to us. I waited to let them know what I was going to buy exactly because I was timing them to see how long it would take them to greet us, two minutes went buy any they did nothing not was anything said, I had to approach them first. No other customers were in store at that time do I know it couldn't be because they were busy. I feel that I was treated unfairly or even discriminated against. It keeps replaying in my mind about the incident. It's not acceptable especially on there part Bec they're supposed to show great customer service.
