McDonald's

I have been going to this McDonald's for over 3 years and have made several complaints about their inability to provide items on their menu's due to equipment failure, out of stock, laziness on the part of the staff to prep the food.

Once, again today I was in the drive thru line. I ordered from the menu 1) medium orange juice, 1) Sausage and gravy biscuit, 1.) egg mcmuffin. At, the drive thru I was told the orange juice machine was broke (I get this response about 4-5 times a month), I was asked to pull forward, I went to the pay window and was advised that they had not made the gravy for the Sausage and gravy biscuit (the delivery truck was at the back door as I drove thru the drive thru), this happens once or twice a week. Disgruntled I told them to have a nice day and drove off.

If I have the available time I am now going to other establishments that are open just to have breakfast, as 1/2 of my visits end up with me leaving the drive thru without any breakfast to begin with...what a waste of time and effort.
