Around the 1st of July I made an appointment online to get my car serviced. In doing so, they wanted to know what was wrong. I told them what I wanted done, including an issue with the transmission. The appointment was for the 7th of July at 7AM. I knew there were going to be problems when I was greeted by someone who had no clue why I was there, and I had to go over everything again with him. I left my car there, and called back the next morning for an update. I was informed that they only had 1 tech for transmission work, and he was busy and would get to it when he could. They had a week to inform me of this situation BEFORE I brought my car in. I called contacted them again yesterday and was told 1-3 weeks.
Desired outcome: I NEED my vehicle back in good working order. I have already had to cancel 1 Dr. appointment for my elderly father
