On 6/8/23 I took my truck to Mavis tire in Meridianville Al. 12310 US [protected] to have a tire reparied the person that was doing the work don't know what was going on with him but he was very careless about his work while he was trying to put the wheel on the tire machine he was just tossing it around he opened and closed the machine several times on the wheel damaging the outer edge of the wheel I talked to the manager at the time I think his name was Brandon he said no problem that he would get with his boss and get it taken care of I have been in every week trying to get this resolved I keep getting told that a Chad Palmore is taking care of the issue and that he was going to be calling me on that day well that day has been about five visits and still haven't heard anything from Mr. Palmore. I really hope that this is not how Mavis conducts buisness in a whole I would really appreciate someone contacting me to get this resolved P.S. they used no kind of protector on the machine to protect the wheel when I asked the manager why he said that they just didn't have the protectors in the store.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my wheel reparied or replaced.
I have made a complaint already about this problem no response from anyone I think this is bad buisness that people does not even respond to customers when somthing happens at this buisness. and the lack of respect that you give for not responding shows just the kind of buisness this actually is and im not ok with this so I will be contacting my lawyer and the B.B.B. about this and tell anyone that will listen about the kind of buisness this is and how badly it is run. I sincerely hope that people see this place for what it is and that karma really shows justice to this company.
