McDonald's

22183 highway 216 Mccalla, al 35111 is the location. I ordered my food which was a big mac meal a large ice coffee and 4 apple pies to be picked up curbside in spot 4. When I pulled into the spot there was not 1 other car parked there for pickup we sat there for 45 min waiting on our food as 3 other cars pulled in beside us and got there's and left. So I went in bc it ssid on my mobile app the order had been collected already. But I couldnt get anyone to wait on me they didnt want to hear anything I was saying and completely ignored the hell out of me so what choice do I have other than to leave. Now after being there well over an hour and still no food after I paid for it. I want my money refunded back to my card and and I will never go back to mcdonalds. There the most rude incompetent group of people ive ever in my life seen in charge of running a functional corporation.
