I ordered PAG 46 oil online and said it was ready to pick up in 30 min. I went to store to get it and no oil in store inventory wrong. Usually not a problem, they would order me one and fix the inventory. Today the c team was working, you know the ones that don't know cars and don't want to work. So I asked for them to order me one and they were quite, then said your money is returned. So went to oriellys about a block away never been there before, they were nice and helpful I do believe I found my new parts store. The quality of service has gone down at advanced auto.
