Over the last two years I have worked as a Media Sales Consultant with WDFX Fox 34 television station (Raycom Media is the parent company) located at 2221 Ross Clark Circle Dothan, AL 36301 as a salary plus commission employee. I recently left Jan 5, 2019 due to unfair circumstances within the company. I wanted to know what policy and procedure is on commission employees having chargebacks taken out of their checks and the policy on getting that money back. On my last check I had $623.64 worth of chargebacks come out of my check for customers they allowed (per general manager to continue run on the station)which is out of my control. This has happened since I've worked there but this last pay period they deducted money that I should have received. How do I get charged back for a client being over ridden to run over the air by the general manager? I need to know what I can do to get this money I worked for and earned back.
