I came here to get an oil change I know my battery is a bit old I tell them I don't have money right now I can't do it but still they check battery and use some liquid for clean .I told them just oil change no inspection. But they did check batteries.after that my car won’t start .then my car steering wheel not moving and brake locked .then they refuse to fix it and push me for pay $800 for battery and alternator replacement .I just bought this car and I told them my delarship will change it Monday because I don’t have money .I have warranty service.manager James and crush very rude .refused to fix it when they messed up . .now I need to change the battery alternator because without car I can’t go to my work.i don’t have money for fix it .then I borrowed money for change battery still it’s not start.I spent $1000 because of their mistake.I need my full refund please.express oil change messed up my car .

I went to Express Oil Change on June 18, 2010 to have my oil changed. While I was there, the mechanic said my husband was behind me. I told him I was not married. I also heard the person in the pit telling someone to leave this area is for employees only. I was told my car would leak oil for a while. I noticed alot ot oil on the ground and a very loud odor...
