My name is Serita Hunter. I have a credit that has been sitting in your Trussville Al locations for a few years now. As I do not have any plans to return to this location or any other location I would like my remaining credit applied back to my credit card on file. I tried your Gardendale location. Although the initial appointment there was much better, I have yet to receive a call back or follow up on my visit from 2 months or more ago. The system was down for several weeks.
