I joined Crunch in Auburn, Alabama to work out. I use the cardio machines and like to watch Fox news on one of their 20 TVs. However, Fox News channel was removed completely from their TVs sometime around June 24, 2022. CNN alone was left as a major news network. I continued to address my concern to the managers, who told me to contact corporate. I called two of the numbers I was given, both billing agencies who pointed me eventually back to the home gym-a circular dismissal of my concerns.
As a gym that advertises as a diverse and open-minded community, this feels discriminatory again conservative members and a form of censorship.
Desired outcome: Preference is that Fox News channel be reinstalled, substituted for CNN, or CNN be removed as well.

This Crunch is very unprofessional. The management seem like they are running a pony show with zero professionalism. Every time I go in the facility, there are never any cleaning products to wipe down the equipment. There may be around 1 dispenser that works. The rest of them are broken or empty. Every time you mention it to the staff they blow it of. The bathrooms are always nasty and toilets leaking and broken. The bathroom floors are always nasty and there are never any soap
Desired outcome: Needs new management
I canceled my membership which was due to end in June. I requested the hydro massage. The front worker asked to my last name in which it was provided. She stated she did not see my account with that service. I explained to her that I had been a member since they opened and my plan included it. She stated she didn’t know what was going on but would give me access to the massage room. I advised her I wanted to speak to the manager which I saw sitting in the office with another person. She went to get the manager and the manager never came out. I literally waited 10min and the manager refused to come out. So my wife canceled her membership along with 5 of my friends. This place is it worth the trouble. Save yourself and don’t join this unprofessional gym with the golf ball brain management.
