Holiday Inn

I had booked reservations for 2 rooms for 27 Mar 20 at Holiday Inn Express, Alabaster, Al. I recieved from guest reservations Confirmation #R1926985177 that my reservations were prepaid and is fully guaranteed on 17 Mar 20. I checked my bank and the money was drawn out for a payment of ($1006.12) I arrived on 27 Mar 20 to find out only one room was reserved forcing me to pay again for a room I had already paid for and did nor get. I would like to get a refund for the full amount of the room plus tax recovery charges, & service fees that were charged as I did not get according to your reservation confirmation email the second room that I expected to get. Thank You!
