U.S. Medical Supplies Terrible Customer Service Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently made a purchase from U.S. Medical Supplies (usmedicalsupplies.com) for a lift chair. I was in a hurry to get it, so I chose this company because they promised to ship it within 2 business days. However, a few days later, I received an email from them stating that it would take 18 business days to ship the chair. I was disappointed because I needed it as soon as possible, so I decided to cancel the order.

Trying to contact this company after placing an order is a nightmare. I sent them three emails, but I didn't receive any response. I also tried calling them, but every time I called, I got their voice mail and no call back. It was frustrating because I needed to cancel the order, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the company.

Finally, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to cancel the order. It was a hassle, and I wasted a lot of time trying to get in touch with U.S. Medical Supplies.

I've had a lot of online transactions, but this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I can only imagine how difficult it would be for a customer who received the chair and had a problem with it. It's disappointing because I was hoping for a better experience with this company.

U.S. Medical Supplies Misled and Ignored: My Disappointing Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies

I was on the hunt for a specific product that I couldn't find anywhere near me, so I had to rely on the sales rep at U.S. Medical Supplies to give me the lowdown. I had my sights set on the LC 525L because it's supposed to be great for tall folks like myself. They even offered a footrest extension for a little extra cash. I asked the salesperson three times if the extension would come up parallel with the leg rest or stay down below it. Each time, he assured me that it would extend the chair. But guess what? It doesn't! I called the factory to confirm and even observed my own chair, and it's just not what I was promised.

Now, don't get me wrong, the chair itself is pretty darn comfortable and seems to be well-made. But I'm pretty peeved that I was charged extra for something that I can't even use. And to make matters worse, U.S. Medical Supplies doesn't seem to care about my problem. I can't return the chair because I need it NOW and I'm totally disabled, so there's no way I could package it up for a return even if I wanted to.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies. It's frustrating to feel like I was misled and then ignored when I tried to address the issue. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants to avoid these kinds of headaches.

U.S. Medical Supplies Disappointing Experience with Golden Technologies Maxi Comfort Chair from U.S. Medical Supplies

We recently purchased a Golden Technologies 756MC chair from U.S. Medical Supplies, which was supposed to be the best and most comfortable on the market. It's called the Maxi Comfort, but unfortunately, my mother has been having a hard time getting comfortable in it. She's been stuffing padding everywhere, but it's still not quite right.

We called the manufacturer to ask about the TV sitting position that the book shows, but unfortunately, the chair will not do it. They gave us a number to a store in Springfield, MO, but when we called them, they explained that they did not sell that chair and that they could not get parts if they needed them. That's not much of a warranty station, is it?

To make matters worse, they also said that if they came out and found that the chair was not broken, they would have to charge a service call. We explained that we did not think that the chair was broken, but that it would not go into the TV sitting position. They said they could not do anything about it.

My mother is 82 years old, and we would really appreciate some help on this matter. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a chair that doesn't work as advertised, and it's even more frustrating to be told that there's nothing that can be done about it. We hope that U.S. Medical Supplies will be able to help us resolve this issue soon.

U.S. Medical Supplies Poor Customer Service Experience with US Medical Supplies

I recently bought an AmeriGlide PR340 Heat and Massage Lift Chair from US Medical Supplies on August 26, 2018. I talked to Nick Stelmach and asked him to give me a call on Monday to let me know if the chair had shipped or not. My father was critically ill and we needed the chair before he could be released from the hospital. Unfortunately, Nick did not call me on Monday as promised. I tried calling him several times on Tuesday but he did not answer. I also tried calling him on Wednesday morning but still no answer. I left numerous voicemails but did not receive any response. Finally, after several attempts, I was able to reach someone and was able to talk to Nick. However, he did not seem to understand why I was irritated.

I spent over $700 on this chair when I could have gone to other suppliers with a price half that. I expected excellent customer service, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I do not recommend this company or Nick if you want good customer service. You will be left waiting and frustrated.

In conclusion, I was disappointed with the service I received from US Medical Supplies. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

U.S. Medical Supplies Poor Customer Service and Order Cancellation: My Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies

This company, U.S. Medical Supplies, is not the best when it comes to customer service. They seem to care more about sending out coupons than actually helping their customers with their purchases. It's nearly impossible to find out when your order will be delivered, and when you try to ask questions, they may just cut you off and transfer you to another number without warning. I had to leave a message with Karen and it took her two whole days to call me back, even though it was a weekday. When she finally did call me back, she told me that my order had been cancelled without any effort to contact me beforehand. Their excuse was that my credit card may have been declined and the notification may have gone to my junk folder, but that wasn't the case at all.

It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers, especially when you're dealing with expensive products like lift chairs. Thanks to U.S. Medical Supplies, my mother will have to wait even longer to get the lift chair she needs. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

U.S. Medical Supplies Poor Service and Multiple Lies: My Experience with US Medical Supplies

I ordered some diabetic supplies from US Medical Supplies about a month ago, but I still haven't received them. I called them up to ask what was going on, and they told me that they needed my insurance information. I was pretty frustrated because they never contacted me to ask for it in the first place. I asked if they could send the supplies overnight, but they said no. I still didn't receive my order, so I called them again. They told me that it had been shipped, but I still didn't get it. I called them again and they said it was "in process". I asked to speak with a manager, but they said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a call back, but I never got one. Finally, I talked to a manager who apologized and said that my order had been shipped from Wisconsin and that I should receive it that day. They gave me a tracking number, but when I checked with UPS, they couldn't confirm that they had received it. I called US Medical Supplies again and they confirmed the number, and said that I should receive my order on Saturday. I was so frustrated with their poor service and being lied to multiple times that I asked them to remove me as a customer. I would definitely recommend finding another provider if you don't want to deal with all the frustration that I did.

U.S. Medical Supplies Avoid U.S. Medical Supplies: Poor Accounting and Billing Practices

So, I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was not the best. I mean, they didn't even tell me that they got booted from my insurance company's network, so I ended up shelling out $900 for my first order of diabetic supplies. That's just crazy, man. And then, to make matters worse, they invoiced me multiple times for the same order on my second go-round. It was enough to drive me up the wall.

The thing is, they don't seem to have their accounting straight. They can't seem to keep track of what's been paid for by insurance and what's been paid for with co-insurance. This led to a whole mess of phone calls and online chats that lasted for weeks. And guess what? I had to be the one to explain to them how their accounting was all messed up. I mean, come on, guys. If you won't even ship me the supplies until I pay, how could I possibly still owe you money? I had to do all the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts.

And if that wasn't bad enough, this morning I got another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that I bought and paid for back in February! How do you keep making these mistakes, U.S. Medical Supplies? Luckily, I'm a responsible person and I kept all my receipts, so I was able to send them back to customer service.

All in all, I'd say you should avoid doing business with these folks if you can. It's just not worth the headache.

U.S. Medical Supplies Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Delayed Shipping, Misrepresentations, and Lack of Response

I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was not great. I ordered a stair lift on May 5th and was told it would ship the next day. But when I called on May 8th to get the tracking number, I was told I had to talk to a sales agent. I left two messages with the rep who answered, but got no response. I tried again on May 12th, but still no response. Finally, on May 15th, I got through to the original sales rep who assured me the item had shipped and she would get me the tracking number. But it turned out the item hadn't even shipped yet! There was some kind of processing error by an employee. The sales rep said it would ship on the 15th and I would get it on the 21st. But it didn't actually ship until the 18th and the earliest delivery date was the 26th. And get this - the sales rep said it was shipping via air due to delays, but it was actually shipping via ground. What a mess! I asked for a shipping refund as compensation for the terrible service, misrepresentations, and lack of response. I needed this item quickly for my elderly parent who has health problems, and the sales rep's promises were the reason I chose to buy from U.S. Medical Supplies. But this experience has shown me that they are not a reputable firm. And to top it all off, I'm still waiting for the item.

U.S. Medical Supplies Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Rude Customer Service and Misleading Information

I bought a lift chair from U.S. Medical Supplies on June 27th. They sent me a receipt on June 29th, saying that the chair would be shipped and processed from their Philadelphia store in 3 to 4 days. But after almost two weeks, I hadn't heard anything. So I called them up to ask what was going on. And let me tell you, they were not nice about it. They talked down to me and were really rude. They said I should never have ordered the chair online, I should have called them to order it. But why do they even have an online ordering system if they don't want people to use it? Then they said it would take 23 days to build the chair. But the website never said that! When I called them, they said they were going to charge me $250. But then they sent me an email saying it was only going to be $50. I was so frustrated and upset that I had to escalate the issue to PayPal. I was worried that I would lose all of my money. I just couldn't believe how disrespectful they were to me. Just because I'm a disabled senior doesn't mean I'm going to let people talk down to me like I'm a piece of garbage.

But you know what? I found the exact same chair, with the covering I wanted, from another company. And they're going to deliver it to me for free! And I'll have it tomorrow! There are so many good companies out there that actually want to help people. I wouldn't recommend U.S. Medical Supplies to my worst enemy.

U.S. Medical Supplies Terrible Experience with U.S. Medical Supplies: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I don't usually write reviews, but I gotta say, my experience with U.S. Medical Supplies was a real headache. I was trying to get a lift chair for my 90-year-old mom, and the salesman promised me it would be delivered with white glove service within a week. But let me tell you, that was just the beginning of my troubles.

First of all, there was no way to track the delivery, so I had no idea when it was coming. And then, after two weeks had gone by with no chair in sight, I tried to cancel the order. But they told me the only way to do that was for my poor mom to reject the chair when it finally arrived. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

So I spent over a week trying to get in touch with a manager, but he never called me back. And then, out of nowhere, the company claimed that the chair delivery had been rejected. But here's the thing: they never even tried to deliver it in the first place! I was so frustrated.

But at least I thought I was getting a refund. They said they would issue a credit on my card, but they were gonna keep $400 for shipping, handling, and that nonrefundable white glove service. And all for a chair that never even showed up! It's been weeks now, and I'm still waiting for my money back.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend U.S. Medical Supplies to anyone. If you're thinking about ordering from them, you might wanna think twice.
