We are very happy with the process and the final result of our screen enclosure with the concrete floor. They kept us updated about the different steps and the workers were always polite and neat.

They finished on time, ahead of schedule and on budget. No surprises, to include all prefabricated sections fitting together perfectly when the crew brought them on-site. This is a beautiful enclosure and US Aluminum made it so easy for us! Joe

Screen enclosure install was done well and as we requested. Communication was great. The installer was nice and clearly had a lot of experience. The materials seem high-quality and, so far, after a few weeks, I hope they will stand the test of time.

Our screen patio is 6 years old and it's splitting at the seam where the installer put it in the aluminum. This is happening on a lot of the panels in the same way. I called US Aluminum and they only have a two year warranty on workmanship even though they admitted it's their fault. I'm really disappointed and suggest looking elsewhere for better quality workmanship.

I got a free quote from U.S. Aluminum Services Corporation. The quote was around $5k, so I decided to hire them. A sales representative came over to my place to sign the contract, but then he decided to redo the measurements. Turns out, the quote was wrong because the rep "made an error," so he had to recalculate the numbers. The final price ended up being closer to $11k. Can you believe it? An "error" that more than doubles the price! What happened to the good old days when a quote was honored or at least some compromise was made? They did offer me a "military" discount, which was supposed to be around $700 off the total. But honestly, it's not much of a discount considering we would have received it anyway. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

US Aluminum provided amazing service in the construction of our lanai extension. From our first meeting with Chris in sales to the final inspection, the professionalism and dedication of everyone involved was outstanding and amazing. I especially wanna point out our project manager, Ariel, who truly was the glue holding this project together. Her focus on details and responsiveness are unmatched. I've been living in the Orlando area for four years, and finding such a well-oiled machine in business has been almost impossible. US Aluminum is the gold standard.

What a grate experience working with US Aluminum! The addition of a Screened Enclosure and additional paver path was so importent to us at our Winter Home in Lake Nona. This project was mainly handled remotely from Washington State where our primary home is. Jason our project manager was always available, maintained regular communication including status updates and was completely professional and knowledgable. We had some items which needed resolving / correcting on our Final Walkthru and Jason made sure these were completed quickly. The crew Jason scheduled to complete was led by Alex. He was exceptional! Not only did he correct the items found, but identified additional items and corrected/ repaired those as well. Extremely knowledgable, professional and personable. We have already recommended US Aluminum to our neighbors in Lake Nona. We are more than satisfied with the results and extremely happy with the grate attention to detail and customer service! I used US Aluminum twice in the last ten years and it was good. I told my neighbors and friends about it. But now, I won't recommend it anymore.

Me and my wife met Roberto *** on Tuesday, August 31st, to estimate a vinyl screen enclosure and paver at the back of the house. Sadly, I've had a hard time getting in touch with Mr.. I called the office last Friday to try and reach him. The lady I talked to knew who I was and said Mr. or someone would contact me because I still hadn't gotten an estimate, which I needed for the HOA. I get that things happen and everyone's experience is different. But I don't get why it's not easy to reach out to someone. The last time I talked to Mr. was on September 16th. Sixteen days after he first came. Since then, I've been trying to contact him, but it hasn't been easy. In our last talk, I told Mr. that we'd pay for the company's help to move forward with the HOA for approval.

I hope this helps so it doesn't happen to anyone else. And that your salesperson understands how important it is to reach out to potential customers. At least within 24 hrs.
