This company is great. They have a good attitude and don't try to rip you off. Jake, the owner, knows a lot about insurance and construction. I'll definitely use them again for my other roofing needs.

these guys did a pretty good job. They messed up and dropped a shingle on my Japanese maple tree and messed it up. But Jake, one of the owners, hooked me up with a better one and even planted it for me. The roof and siding look dope now. Thanks Jake, you the man!

This team is amazing. We had 2 other roofing companies that our insurance, Allstate, said no to. But Jake, one of the owners, fought for us for 2 weeks without charging us and got it fully funded. We are so grateful for this company and our roof and new gutters look awesome.

I gotta say, American Restoration Consultants, LLC did a pretty good job on my roof. I was worried it was gonna be a hassle, but Jake made it easy peasy lemon squeezy. My old roof was a real mess, but they got it replaced and looking good as new. They even worked with my insurance to make sure I didn't have to pay outta pocket. Overall, I'm happy with the work they did and would recommend 'em to anyone who needs some roofin' done.

Jakes team did a great job on our roof. They came on time, finished fast, and were super profesh. He even talked to our insurance company and got us a hotel room cuz my hubby is a vet and couldn't stay in the house while they worked. I'd totally recommend his company!

jake did a great job, he handled all the paper work needed for the insurance company and his team did an exceptional job on my roof. they were courteous and kept the area clean throughout the job. surprisingly there is still a company that keeps the schedule they promised at the price they quoted. im so happy i was able to find them.

ARC was super profesh and went above and beyond with the insurin' consultin' to make sure all the damage was covered by my insurin' company. Our new roof looks amazin'! The owner kept callin' us to make sure things were done right and we were happy with the results. It's a fam-owned company and they treated us like fam too. If you go, ask for Jake - he's the bomb!

This company replaced our roof on July 13th and 14th, 2020. The roofers who did the tear off (1 layer) didn't use any protection for our home and dropped shingles and nails in our flower beds, destroying rose plants, a giant pumpkin plant, rhubarb plants, and more. Our hot tub on our back deck was full of shingle gravel, and the pump had to be replaced because of it. I used my drone to capture video proof of the damage. I did roofing in the 1980s, and we always used plywood, tarps, etc. to protect the customer's yard and plants, but they didn't. Currently, our back gutter is completely full of shingle pieces, tar paper sheds, and nails, and every downspout has a pile of nails under it, as well as our driveway, yard, and flower beds. My zero-turn mower now has two flat tires. The owner, Jake Y, told my wife he would be here on or about July 15th, with a magnet to pick up the nails, but he never showed. I would like the $1000 deductible returned for the pain and damage done to our home and $500 for the cost of the hot tub pump.

This company ain't good at responding or giving papers for insurance. They were supposed to fix up the damage from a tornado on 07/01, but they only did the roof. They ain't answering calls, texts, or emails about the siding and gutters that still need fixing. We already paid them 10k out of 12k for the roof, but they gotta give us the papers so the bank can pay the rest. They still gotta do the siding too.

I hired American Restoration Consultants, LLC on 5/27 to put up some aluminum siding on my crib, paint it, and swap out the garage door. They said it would cost $22,000, but they took forever to get started so I asked for a cheaper siding to hurry things up. They agreed and the new price was $17,208. I gave them $11,000 upfront and they still haven't finished the job. The downspouts are still off, the paint job is half-done, the window wraps are busted up and never got replaced, there are holes that let in rain and snow, the siding isn't sealed, and the garage door never got put in. The boss, ***, keeps trying to sell me more stuff to finish the job, saying that the window wraps should have been included in the first quote and that the garage door wasn't part of it even though it's right there in the contract. He keeps saying he'll fix it and apologizing, but he never does anything and still wants me to pay for the unfinished work. I got a bunch of texts, emails, and pics to prove it. *** even admitted it was his company's fault, but now he won't do anything about it.
