Upholstery Decorations review: Repair or reimbursement

Good afternoon,

I had my kitchen banquette upholstered by this firm a few years back. Upholstery material noted to be degrading throughout piece with minimal use. Spoke to owner Raul Torres who came to inspect and agreed material was faulty but since I no longer had a receipt would not entertain repair or giving me contact information for the upholstery material supplier. He said he could not produce the original receipt to provide me with specific materials information. This was a very expensive job and clearly the materials used were substandard. Happy to provide photos which prove this damage was not wear related. The owner Raoul is unprofessional, dishonest and not trustworthy. YELP reviews substantiate the shoddy and fraudulent work done by this business. I will also follow up with the Attorney general's office for remediation.
