I purchased a PDF software for $32.00 and I was charged $73.63.
Added to my bill was,

FIXIO Driver Finder
When I called them and I asked for a refund and they refused. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I told him I will file a claim with my credit card company, he said go ahead, he could not care less. This is a scam company, avoid them
I used the PDF Suite during a trial period and it worked. I created a large document and was able to print it out. Then I purchased the program, and once purchased you have to speak to an agent to download. The agent asked permission to take over my keyboard, and ended up doing a diagnostic of my computer and complained about all the problems they found. After they supposedly downloaded the software on my computer, the created file during the trial no longer worked. I would type in additional information that would not save to the document and when I tried to print, the page showed up blank. I called a second time and refused to allow agent access to my computer. Why did they need to do another diagnostic? I told him to just look at the diagnostic report done the day before, and I was told that for $140, they could fix my machine. I told them that it was a scam and I wanted my money back. I then contacted another customer service number and spoke with a young lady. She told me that I would be refunded my money and an email was sent saying funds would be refunded within 4-5 days. I am waiting for that to happen. They are a scam company who offers access to their program on a trial basis. Once you purchase it, it does not work and they tell you that it is not working because of the problems found on your diagnostic report. Do Not Purchase this product and hopefully someone will investigate this site that is located in Singapore.
I received notice that my PDF Suite professional was to renew automatically, and it did and I was charged nearly $80.
But I cannot find PDF Suite 2017 anywhere on my computer.
I cannot find any way to transfer this subscription to the new laptop I had to buy to replace the old one.
Where is the program?
I purchase a package not a subscription, these people are cheats. stay away from their product. I will never buy their product again.
PDF Suite is a scam do not under any circumstance download it. I completely screwed up my Windows 10 operating system and there is no easy way to uninstall it. Claimed to be FREE a total lie, once loaded it gives no way to uninstall that works.
