Unlimited Insurance review: Complaint

I had a call from an agent of unlimited insurance. They said they cover the body and interiors of your vehicle. You can claim after 4 months. After 6 I claimed they gave me panel beaters I went there to be told that Unlimited pay for A scratch not the entire body of the and they don't cover for paint as I wanted my car painted and bonnet fixed. Now I can't cancel and I won't get my money back. I don't understand why they didn't say the truth from the beginning. I'm shocked.
