Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company review: No communication.

I have called twice to get information on what work has been approved on my claim. At this time, I have come out of pocket for repairs over $10,000. I have had two adjusters tell me that they don't have information and that my claim is in review. Meanwhile my roof is still tarped, and I am waiting to see if I will be reimbursed for the work I have already paid for. The date of loss was 6/22. A field adjuster (Shawn) came out 6/24. mitigation started 6/22 and concluded 6/25. Inside repairs started 6/29 and concluded 7/5. I am waiting on what to do about the outside repairs, since I am concerned, I may not get reimbursed for those repairs since I haven't heard anything about the repairs I have already covered financially. I was told I would have an approved scope of work within 7 days of the field adjuster coming. I have no such paperwork.
