My change of insurance has not yet been completed. I am due a refund. However, the staff has been most helpful I am very friendly. Ive been with this organization for quite a few years, but I never hear from Jim Hubbard. I wonder if he still exist? I asked the staff to have him call me and give me a new quote. I was told hes too busy. They were happy to give me the information I needed.
