Took money on pretext of creating profiles and PNP profiles, and profiles will be created within 4 days from payment as I already had my WES and IELTS done. But it’s been 2 months and still profiles not created. There executives think themselves to know everything but they are clueless. My immigration consults has been changed thrice and the story is still the same. In fact they told me I am not elegible for SINP; but when I calculated my points; it came out that I am eligible with 65 score. Wastage money and efforts. I am raising a dispute against them

Worst company and set of people I have ever come across. Everyone in this company is fake, starting from consultant to case officer to legal and higher officials. They do sweet-talking with empty promises. Mr. Tarun is the consultant and biggest cheat who from 20th Aug to 1st Sep and took away Rs 41,300 as advance with zero support or service provided besides giving wrong information/ advice to misguide people and swindle the money in the name of agency fee. Not willing to reimburse the amount when questioned their legal and hugher official: Ms. Niharika and Mr. Ankita Sharma went totally silent and giving false information as the amount has been paid to their counterpart in Australia but not able to show any receipts for last 2 weeks. Will not return calls or messages after taking money.
Desired outcome: Refund my advance amount of Rs 41,300

I was called by Universal Adviser representative named Mahek who told me that they are going to process for my job and PR for Canada and total cost will be around Rs90000/- and I have to pay part by part. I was jobless and couldn"t run my family, so I borrowed money and also some savings of mine and paid Rs10000/- on 31/03/20 and Rs24000/- on 27/04/20. I was told that if the process does not succeed I will get the refund, also they have taken all the documents needed like Xerox of Pan card. Adhere Card, mark sheet to process. After taking the money they stopped communicating with me, and thereby I started following up for the process but after 5 month to 6 month of followups I found that they have not done anything. Hence to run my family during the pandemic I started looking for jobs and luckly I got a job in Hyderabad. After that when I asked for the refund they denied the same and told me the amount is non-refundable. I told them that I have acknowledgement mail of the money been paid and there was no where written of non-refundable amount but they strict to their action of non-refunding.
I was called by Mrs Harmeet for Canada PR , she continuously follow me since 3 -4 month , so after discussing with her before making the payment I discussed with her if in case I want to withdraw that amount she told me that yes it would be refunded but excluding GST , I said her ok as she was convinced me and some how I agreed. After making the payment of 75k on 14th July 2023 , I was not satisfied and due to some personal issue I called her after 1 week and said refund the amount even I didn't take any services from them then she denied we don't, I said you told me she said I will talk to my senior Mrs niharika Dhawan (earlier I also had words with her) she misbehaved over the call , " kya hai jaldi bolo mere pass time nahe hai shadi main hu " all of sudden she talked in a rude manner and not listening my talks only saying, no policy of refund..no policy of refund..
Now she modified Harmeeet's statement " ,that harmeeet has not committed anything, I told to Niharika, you were not part of the conversation when me and harmeeet had words regarding the refund.. she said she is saying she has not committed anything like that..
From these statements it clearly seen how they trapped to the customer with their innocent behaviour.. never trust them...at the very earliest stage they showed colour, god knows if I would be processed wthat they could be do after paying 3 to 4lakh ...

Fake, don't fall in the trap. They will charge a minimal amount first and give your false promises. Then after saying it interview round, even if you don't answer any question, they will make you pass; will demand the major amount.
Don't even follow the lethal process.
this is 100% fake consultant. website is only 11 months old I don't know how they got 10, 000 clients.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

this is 100% fake consultant. before paying anything ask that people about Adhar card as a Indian citizen you have rights to know whom you are talking. website is only 6 months old I don't know how they got 10, 000 clients. maybe they have magic wand. company is registered. but I think as per my understanding right now Indian government try to give chance...
