Uniter's Furniture Protection Plan review: Dining table with chairs and bench as well as living room chair

I've filed a claim that has been denied stating it is normal wear and tear. Yet not all of my claim was addressed. I haven't been able to speak with anyone nor have I been able to refile my claim.

My beautiful dining room table was damaged by maybe heat from dishes on Thanksgiving day. When we eat at this table usually on special occasions our food is hot and this had never happened. At the same time we found damage to some wood on the chair rails where feet go. I don't know what caused that possibly shoes, toys, a fallen object. I have no clue. My living room chair had a plastic thing pop up on one of my guest the same day. All this happened over the Thanksgiving Holiday 2021. I take such great care of my belongings as I work in order to have as we all do. It is unfair that I purchase a warranty for very expensive pieces and when I end up needing their assistance I am brushed off like crumbs on the counter.

I don't know where to turn and I did read about class action lawsuit. Whatever it takes. I just want my furniture to look like it did when I purchased it.
