On September 16, 2021, I visited the Prairie Lake (Altamonte Springs, FL Location) — United States Post Service (USPS) Office and mailed two packages (shipped to two separate addresses). The two packages were reflected 'delivered' on their website on September 18, 2021. Later that day, both recipients confirmed no delivery was made. Furthermore, I returned to the previously mentioned USPS Office for assistance and Gary informed me to file a claim and the investigator will check the delivery trucks GPS to confirm the delivery scan and location packages. On February 16, 2022 (between 12:30 pm and 2:15 p.m. I went to the Altamonte Springs Postal Office as directed by an agent through the 1-800 #, for assistance with an Missing Mail Search Request ID #: [protected]. Instead I was mocked, laughed at, because I wanted to be informed on the branches polices and procedures. On February 23, 2022, I returned to this same Postal Offices, after a representative via text messages educated me on what resources are available. This same member of Customer Support enlightened me that resources are available to assist them live if they don’t have access to archive or claim information. The previously mentioned Service Request also had another grievance. The level of professionalism with your hired employees (staff members: Brian, Nicholia, and Miss. Marie) at this location has steadily declined, their refusal to ‘assist’, or at minimum some form of emphatic. I understand surveillance is not ‘archived’, beyond a particular timeframe and I am formally re-requesting the footage from February 23, 2022, between the hours of 12:09 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to be saved due to it being the most recent exchange at the post office reflecting discrimination and poor exchange between management and myself creating a toxic environment! The USPS have manage this experience unethically and are attempting to diminish their responsibility

Desired outcome: *Proof of deliveries*Refunded past 5 months enclosed T-Mobile statements
