United Recovery Solution. review: Customer service

I got a call from United Recovery Solution. And the way they treated me on the phone was crazy. She told me that it was a credit card from Wal-Mart and the total amount that I owed was 1600 dollars. And my credit limit was 500. dollars So please tell me how they can threaten me about putting a freeze on my bank account and telling me that more or less they will get their money. I told her I am on disability and I get a fixed income monthly. So they made a request to me about that if I pay 175.00 in Dec and 175.00 in January. They would charge me just 350.00. The problem I have with that is I have my other bills that are way more important like my mortgage, duke, Domino Gas and car insurance and car payment and my phone and buying food. But they don't care as long as I pay them. And I am 66 and if I could go back to work that would be great and then I could pay them what I owe. But how can you take blood from a stone. Thank you
