UPS - Non-delivery of packages and fraud at the facility.

UPS never delivered 3 packages at my address. For days the Yorktown facility keeps posting on the shipment progress page that my packages have been delayed due to the weather or that they are in transit or that they are out for delivery. All factual lies. I have called the 800-742-5877 dozens f times and they keep stringing me along but will not resolve the problem. The shipper-Macy's- cannot replace the merchandise until the facility is honest enough to post that the packages have been lost. Instead the facility keeps posting that the packages are out for delivery or in transit.
I know that they are lying because 2 of the packages were delivered to a different address and the resident of that house was kind enough to deliver them to me. However, it appears that the driver never scanned those 2 items as delivered. For one of the items the resident brought overI keep getting notifications every day that the item is either in transit or out for delivery. Since the driver never scanned the item as delivered the UPS facility has no way to know that the item was delivered to an incorrect address and is posting lies. For the second package that the resident brought over, there is a posting that it was delivered at 9:46pm to an address in Somers, NY. Quite interesting since I live in Mohegan Lake, 20 miles away. So that entry is fraudulent. The resident who brought that package to me stated that the UPS driver came a little after 3:00 pm. This brings me to the item I have not received. It stands to reason that the third item was also misdelivered. All three packages were scanned by UPS at the same time and loaded on the same vehicle. But, since this third item was an expensive The North Face coat whoever it was delivered to got a nice present at my expense. Unless the driver stole it as one of the other boxes I received had obviously been tampered with. Macy's cannot replace the coat until UPS admits there's a problem with the delivery. But they just keep stringing me along by saying it's in transit or out for the delivery. Needless to say the item never arrives. I am at my wits end.
