To Whom It May Concern:

This is a complaint in reference to a Doctor practicing in Maryland and Washington DC. Doctor Rosaline Langley
Fraser, this Doctor has been losing patient charts as well as medical histories. Understandably the transition from paper to EMR has its challenges. But the Doctor has been allowing her husband to charge for medical records when requested by the patients which is illegal under HIPPA laws. Patient lab results have been mailed repeatedly to incorrect addresses. And since recently the entire staff has quit due to Michael Fraser the Doctors husband. It is currently being ran by an intern. Michael, is triaging the patients, and discussing lab results even ordering blood draws. This person has no medical background whatsoever, but this doesn’t stop him from taking money “under the table”. He even writes prescription's for patients. Many of which are Medicaid ‘patients, figuring that no one really cares. They are not reporting patient billing to insurance companies. When I personally saw the doctors husband ordering lab draws I was shocked and horrified, even more so was the Doctor reaction to this she said nothing and smiled. The Doctor is really passive, but despite losing patient charts she still prescribes Percocet's to patients without their medical background. The doctor had been ‘practicing without any insurance for her practice. And her privileges were terminated at one local hospital for failure to disclose Malpractice information.
