Tenncarriers is not doing their job. I have missed numerous appointments this last year because the companies that work with them don't show up, and when they can't find someone to take my request for a ride I am unable to go to my needed appointment. I have been dealing with a lot of pain issues and have no one else to get me there. I am very disappointed. I know they could get me an uber or Lyft but they don't I know it's not what they want to do but if it means getting an elderly person, with no one to get them to appointments they should do something. That's what I pay for with my money, right?
I had an appointment for the chiropractor on 11/18/2025, to get relief from pain in my arms and hands, and couldn't go.
I am 66 yrs old, no vehicle of my own, and no one to take me except TennCarriers. Please help!
