Uhc is denying my rx plan, without giving me any recourse, for something I have no control over. My pcp (dr whitcomb, [protected]) prescribes my chronic diabetes medications for years with united healthcare, with no issues, now suddenly because his office has not returned a letter stating the above, me, I get punished with an inactive account, stopped helping with necassary diabetic meds

Claimed loss: ALL NECESSARY CHRONIC DIABETIC MEDICATIONS

Desired outcome: REINSTATE MY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN , FOR ALL CHRONIC DIABETIC MEDICATIONS
