Several times I have ordered items online through the U-Card portal. Unitedhealth Care has chosen Amazon for delivery. I've had items not delivered or delivered to my neighbors. When talking to Unitedhealth, I was advised to contact Amazon to get the problem resolved. SERIOUSLY? I did not choose Amazon as my delivery service! Why isn't Unitedhealth taking it upon themselves to correct this issue? I know of other people who have had the same problems. I can only assume that the "rewards" offer is a scam. It is NOT a benefit offered by Unitedhealth. Buyer beware.

Recommendation: Do not look at this "benefit" as something you can depend on. It is not.
