Unique Trendy Ultra Jewelry review: No product just a charge to my credit card 1

They charged my credit card in the amount of $67.32 on April 13th and my credit card company let the charge go through. I purchased nothing from them and therefore have no documentation. I opened a dispute with my credit card company but I have none of the paperwork they require so I am screwed. The company's phone is always busy so you can't talk to them. They have an email address and I sent them an email but I doubt I will receive an answer. This company is a complete scam operation and should be shut down immediately. I think the website below is correct because that is what shows up when I do a search and the phone number is the same.
