So, my hubby went and bought himself a jacket from UNIQLO UK, but guess what? He went and lost the receipt! And you know what UNIQLO said? They only do exchanges for the same jacket, but in a different size or color. No merchandise credit for anything else! Can you believe it? In this day and age, when other companies are bending over backward for their customers, UNIQLO is just not cutting it. We ain't gonna be buying from them again, that's for sure!

So, I had this whole thing with Uniqlo UK, you know? I was going back and forth with them, trying to sort out a problem. They told me that I had to go all the way back to the store in Stuttgart, Germany, where I bought the item. Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, who has the time and money to travel like that just to return something?

But hey, I was determined to get it sorted, so I gathered up all my receipts, the emails we exchanged, and of course, the defective jacket itself. I made the trek back to the store, ready to make my case. But guess what? They didn't seem to care at all. Can you imagine? I had all the evidence right there, and they just brushed me off.

To make matters worse, the manager there was so unhelpful. She even covered up her name tag, like she didn't want me to know who she was. Talk about shady, right? I mean, come on, just own up to your mistakes and help a customer out. Is that too much to ask?

Now, let me tell you, my family has been loyal customers of Uniqlo for a while now. We've bought at least 12 jackets from them, and this is how they treat us? Well, let me tell you, we won't be buying anything else from Uniqlo ever again. It's just a bunch of junk, if you ask me.

So yeah, that's my experience with Uniqlo UK. Not impressed, to say the least. I hope they realize that treating customers like this is not the way to keep them coming back. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a regular person trying to get some decent service.

Uniqlo UK (uniqlo.co.uk) is a store that offers affordable clothing options, but unfortunately, their customer service leaves much to be desired. As long-time customers who have been shopping there for the past 10 to 12 years, my family and I have purchased a considerable amount of items from them.

In March 2022, we made a substantial purchase of over ?600 worth of clothes. Among the items, I bought three pairs of jeans for myself, which I had altered at an additional cost of ?100. Initially, the material felt soft and comfortable, but soon enough, I noticed that the threads started peeling off. This issue became quite noticeable when I wore the jeans.

To address this problem, I filled out an online form in June, hoping to receive some assistance from Uniqlo's customer service team. However, to my disappointment, I received no response from them. Frustrated, I decided to give them a call in July. The customer service agent informed me that they had no records of my previous complaint and requested me to provide evidence to support my claim. They asked for pictures of the jeans in their entirety, showcasing the ripped threads, as well as the wash label, product code label, receipt, and details about how many times I had washed and worn them.

Despite repeatedly emphasizing that all three pairs of jeans had poor quality and requesting a replacement or refund, the customer service representative named Vimal dismissed my case, stating that they did not see any fault in the pictures I had sent. Instead, he simply provided me with a link to file a complaint with the ombudsman.

Feeling dissatisfied with this response, I requested to speak with a senior manager and escalate my case. However, all I received in return were repetitive email responses, seemingly copy-pasted, from Vimal. They refused to call me back or offer any further assistance. As a result, I have decided to take my complaint to higher authorities.

This disappointing experience has led my entire family to vow never to purchase from Uniqlo again. It is disheartening to see that they have lost loyal customers over a mere ?100 refund for their faulty products. I hope that by sharing this review, others will be aware of the poor quality of clothes being sold by Uniqlo and the unsatisfactory customer service they provide. It is essential for people to consider these factors before making a purchase.
