I ordered multiple care packages through this vendor. This is something I do for Outreach efforts to prisons in North Carolina. One of my packages was supposed to arrive on May 17, 2022 at Warren Correctional Facility and did not. I Immediately contacted the vendor and was told the package was canceled. They canceled on their end in error. I spent 2 hours going back forth with them with no resolution. I checked with my bank payment was made to them on April 20 (ORDER NUMBER ENC6386437 $107.94 for Toby O Love #0248855). My bank transaction number 85D97466E8AF4586BE215EF48F420AA4. I have called the customer service department several times with no resolution to date. I followed the online claims process as they instructed which says they will follow up with you within 24- 48 (sent 4 inquiries) and still no response. I sent a certified complaint letter that's still pending a signature pick-up. The package was never delivered. I have yet to get a response. I just got a new package order notification for the fall from this vendor on June 6, 2022. I am truly disappointed that a company with a large contract with North Carolina Corrections Department is able to operate with this with no accountability. I know mistakes happen but at least own it and reimburse your customers accordingly. All I want at this point is a full refund. thank you!
