I hold a ticket to fly on SQ5337 o 20th march 2019 from Colombo to Singapore. The flight got cancel and they have change my ticket to next day 00.45 SQ469 flight.
But I have done all my hotel bookings and meetings based on earlier flight timings.
Due to this my first day at hotel was wasted and not able to meet any of my clients on time. Now I have to extend my hotel stay for another half day to entertain my clients before I leave.
I need Singaore airlies to reimburse by hotel charges for first day which I couldn't use due to fight cancel .
