We ordered the Internet in October after a few weeks it stopped working and we couldn’t figure out why so we called them and they said because we had used our 30 GB OK so we waited till the next month they charged us after that we never were able to connect to the Internet again they kept telling us the towers were down or they’re having trouble with the towers, but they still kept charging us Finally we said we were done we don’t wanna work with you anymore they sent us a return label to return the Orbi router, (we have the email saying we would be refunded) that was returned and excepted over a month and a half ago. We have never received a refund on it and we also paid for two months of Internet that we never were able to connect to.
Desired outcome: Reimbursed for internet service we did not receive and reimbursed for the Orbi router that was returned (and received by them over a month and a half ago)
