Ultimo Motors North Shore review: Don’t believe the hype!!!

After purchase my Porsche Panamera 4 from Ultimo Motors North. I had my vehicle shipped to me to Az. Once received I had it inspected by Porsche North Scottsdale. Only to find out that my Suspension Strut, Oil Filter Housing, and Engine Mounts. All needed replacement. These same discrepancies were told to Ultimo (May 8th 2025) from Porsche Englewood N.J. Prior to selling it to Ultimo Motors (May 12th 2025). I brought the vehicle on May 25th. I spoke to Ultimo Motors about the maintenance/service that was performed on this vehicle. I also mentioned about the items from Porsche Englewood. And was told that the above concerns were complete. That there Serviced (Technician) were always on top of their game. Let’s not forget this dealership has LUXURY VEHICLE on their lot. I brought a warranty packages for better days ahead.
I asked Dex Viscaal (Manager), Scott Gurel (Manager), Ben Cabano (Sales). How could your technician overlook these major items doing their inspection.
And would they at least pay my $500 deductible for the warranty To get the items removed and replaced.

The technician inspected your vehicle and found a few issues that need to be addressed. He discovered that the front shock absorbers are leaking oil and will need to be replaced. Additionally, the technician found that the navigation software in your vehicle is outdated, and he recommends updating it to see if your home address can be located.
During the inspection, the technician also noticed that the oil filter housing is leaking, and he will recommend replacing the seal.
Furthermore, the technician found that both engine mounts have collapsed, and the hydraulic fluid has leaked out, requiring the engine mounts to be replaced.

The technician also identified a torn ball joint on the right front side, which will require the control arm to be replaced.
Finally, the technician noticed that the brake pad sensor wire is touching the rotor and is at risk of being cut, so he recommends replacing the front braking components.
