My parcel was sent on 09.01.21 from India to Germany. The parcel was handed over with correct address as mentioned in the Bill for the parcel. However, as soon as Awb no. was updated on their website on 12.01.21, I tracked the parcel using DPD tracking (the courier company that delivers their parcel in Germany) and I found out that the address mentioned by them is wrong. Therefore, I first contacted DPD to change the address, but as per EU regulations it cannot be changed by receiver. The address can only be changed by consignor (atlantic international express [in India] and Ultimo accessories GmbH [in Germany]). Therefore, I wrote an email to them explaining the situtation and seeking for a response. They redirected me to Germany and UK helpdesk. I explained the situation to them via email and they replied "Please wait, we will look into this and reply". The reply never came. 4 days passed, still there was no response from them. The parcel got delivered to wrong address which is 350 km away from the correct address provided to them and also the address mentioned on the bill. This is terrible. First mistake was made by them, secondly even though it was informed to them well in advance they did not react to it. This shows their poor professionalism and customer service.
